Will it fit my car?
The mat is designed to lie flat across a standard trunk or cargo area and works across sedans, SUVs, and hatchbacks. Compartments pop upward, not outward, so it doesn't need extra width to deploy.
How does the toggle lock actually work?
A single toggle at the back edge of the mat holds it flush to the floor in storage. Flip it and the same mechanism locks the walls upright once they're raised, so loaded groceries stay put over bumps and turns.
Can I still use my own reusable bags with it?
Yes. Trunk Totes replaces the need to carry bags into the store at all, but if you already have reusable bags or store bags, you can set them inside the compartments too.
Is it easy to clean?
The base is built to be wiped down and resist leaks from cold items or produce, so spills stay off your trunk liner.
Which size should I get?
Most households do well with the 4-compartment mat. Go with 2 if you mostly run quick top-off trips, or 6 if you're shopping for a larger family or doing a full weekly haul.
